Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit our Giveaway page. You will be asked to follow all brands on Instagram (@solinohome, @pookylightsus, @sophistiplate, @sprezznyc) and enter your Name, Email Address and Instagram handle in the entry form. 

Limit: Each participant may enter only once. Multiple entries using the same email address will be considered as a single entry. Entries obtained using multiple/different email addresses, automated systems, bots, or any other methods will be voided and the participant may be disqualified from the Giveaway at the discretion of the Sponsor.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on May 6th, 2026 12:00 AM PST and ends on May 13th, 2026 11:59 PM PST.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a Random Drawing from among all eligible entries during the promotion period on or about May 14th, 2026. The Sponsor of the Giveaway will conduct the prize draw, and their decision will be considered final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in fraud or violating the Giveaway rules. The winner will be notified by email. If a response to the winner notification email is not received within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize will be shipped to the winner within 15 days of receiving email confirmation on merchandise and address from the winner.  Alternate 3 drawings will be conducted. If no response is received, the prize will remain unawarded.

Odds: One winner from many entries.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the selection date. The winner must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize.

Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use or misuse of the prize.

Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner's consent to use their name, photograph, voice, hometown, state, entry and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Limitations of Liability: The Sponsor or Released Parties are not responsible for 1) any incorrect or inaccurate information obtained/displayed while participating, printing, programming, using third party apps, any technical hardware/software failures, or any unauthorized intervention. 2) Any damage to person or property directly or indirectly 3) Delayed, lost, undelivered, damaged or stolen mail;

Privacy: Personal information collected for this Giveaway is subject to Solino Home Privacy Policy.

Disqualification: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraud or violating the Giveaway rules.

Disputes: Except in areas where it is prohibited, the participant agrees that: (1) Any disputes, claims, or actions related to this giveaway or awarded prizes will be resolved individually, exclusively through the United States Court of Nevada, without involving class action. (2) Any claims, judgments, or rewards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including entry costs if any, but not attorney fees. (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All matters concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and sponsor in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Nevada.
