Returns & Exchanges

1. What is Solino Home’s Return & Exchange Policy?

At Solino Home we stand behind our products and look to delight our customers. However, if you are not satisfied due to any reason and would like to exchange or return a product, we’ll gladly assist you in order to make things right.

  • We offer a 30 day exchange policy for products bought on our website
  • For other channel partners, we follow their individual guidelines on returns and exchanges. We don’t directly accept returns or exchanges on products purchased by third-party websites. However, you can always contact the particular website for assistance on their policy
  • All ‘sale’ products are non-returnable
  • Once used, products cannot be returned
  • All items being returned must be folded and in their original individual packaging.

All returns should be authorized beforehand. To initiate a return or exchange, send us an email on hello@solinohome.com along with your order ID and our customer service desk will assist you.

2. Are there any products that cannot be returned?

We offer returns on almost everything except:

  • Individual items that were bought as part of a set
  • Items that have been washed or removed from the original packaging
  • Items purchased at a sample sale
  • Solino Home reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the stipulated time period or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

3. Do you refund international shipping charges?

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Solino home will not be responsible for any costs incurred on international returns.

4. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

At Solino Home, we work towards providing you the highest quality products that, if cared for well, are designed to last for a long time. We only offer warranty on manufacturing defects, if any. In case you think your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us on hello@solinohome.com and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping

1. How much do you charge for shipping?

At Solino Home, we strive to keep our costs as low as possible so that our products are easily accessible to more customers. We provide free standard shipping for all orders across the US. Expedited or Priority deliveries have additional charges that are calculated at the time of checkout.

For international shipping, just enter your address in our checkout section to find out if we ship to your location along with the charges. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, send us an email on hello@solinohome.com and someone from our team will get in touch with you!

2. When will my shipped products be delivered?

Once ordered items are in stock and available, you can expect delivery:

- Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 12 pm EST should ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped on the next business day

-  Weekends: All orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday or anytime over the weekend should ship out on the following Monday

Please note: 
*Stated times are estimated and we cannot guarantee the exact timeline for an order to be shipped
*Orders totaling $0 are not recognized by our system and will not be shipped.

3. What if I need to change my shipping address?

Currently there is no provision for order address change once it’s placed. We request you to email us with your order ID and the new address on hello@solinohome.com .

We’ll try our best to change it however it can lead to unexpected delays.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to several destinations currently. To check whether we ship to yours, just enter your address in our checkout section. Please account for additional taxes and duties that may be applicable. If you don’t find your location, please get in touch with us on hello@solinohome.com and we’ll try our best to get you the best!

At this time, we don’t offer free return shipping on international returns and exchanges.

5. What unit are your prices displayed in?

Currently, prices on our site and systems are in USD. Conversions to other currencies happen directly through your credit card. Solino Home is not responsible for changes in exchange rates.

6. Why is my order shipped in an Amazon Box?
 

With shipping, we at Solino Home, aim to provide our customers with the most efficient and cost-effective service. Amazon's multi-channel fulfillment features and trusted network of shipping carriers ensure that our products reach our customers in an organized and timely manner. Sometimes, we may also use other channel partners to make sure that the Solino customer experience is smooth and worry-free. 

7. Should I expect any delays due to the ongoing pandemic?

Our team and third party fulfilment partners work to ensure we keep up with the promised delivery timeframes. However, due to the ongoing pandemic there are supply chain & shipping disruptions beyond our control which may affect the delivery timelines in certain cases.
