1. Which modes of payment do you accept?
You can pay through all major credit cards and PayPal on our website.
2. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax varies from state to state in the US and will be applied and charged accordingly. Once you place your order, you can enter your billing address and check the total amount including sales tax. For international orders, duties and taxes will be levied as applicable.
3.How do I change/cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email on hello@solinohome.com within 30 minutes of placing it. If you want to add more items, you can always place an additional order. We cannot remove items from an existing order – you can return items bought from our website within 14 days. 4. Do you gift-wrap?
We do not provide gift-wrapping at this time. However, all our products come in a beautifully put together brown box with an elegant twine so that every receiver – no matter who it is, feels special when they receive a product from Solino Home.
