How much do you charge for shipping?

At Solino Home, we strive to keep our costs as low as possible so that our products are easily accessible to more customers. We provide free standard shipping for all orders across the US. Expedited or Priority deliveries have additional charges that are calculated at the time of checkout.

When will my shipped products be delivered?

Once ordered items are processed, you can expect delivery in:

Standard : 3-6 business days

Expedited: 2-3 business days

Priority: 1-2 business days

Shipping Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the next business day.
  • Weekends: Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday or anytime over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
  • Exceptions: Shipping times may be delayed during holidays or high-volume periods by carrier partners. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Please Note*:

  • All stated delivery times are estimates; we cannot guarantee exact shipping timelines.
  • Orders totalling $0 are not recognized by our system and will not be shipped.
What if I need to change my shipping address?

Currently, we are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed. However, if you need to update your address, please email us at hello@solinohome.com with your order ID and the new address within 1 hour of placing your order.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it may cause unexpected delays and is not always possible depending on the order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We currently ship to several international destinations. You can reach out to us at hello@solinohome.com with your requirements, and our team will get back to you at the earliest with shipping details.

Note: Duties and taxes may apply. International returns do not include free return shipping.

What unit are your prices displayed in?

Currently, prices on our site and systems are in USD. Conversions to other currencies happen directly through your credit card. Solino Home is not responsible for changes in exchange rates.

Why is my order shipped in an Amazon Box?

With shipping, we at Solino Home, aim to provide our customers with the most efficient and cost-effective service. Amazon's multi-channel fulfillment features and trusted network of shipping carriers ensure that our products reach our customers in an organized and timely manner. Sometimes, we may also use other channel partners to make sure that the customer experience is smooth and worry-free.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Solino Home’s Return & Exchange Policy?

At Solino Home, we stand behind our products and look to delight our customers. However, if you are not satisfied due to any reason and would like to exchange or return a product, we’ll gladly assist you in order to make things right.

  1. We offer a 30 day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Please note, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
  2. For other channel partners, we follow their individual guidelines on returns and exchanges. We don’t directly accept returns or exchanges on products purchased by third-party websites. However, you can always contact the particular website for assistance on their policy.
  3. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
  4. Used items cannot be returned.
  5. All returned items must be unwashed, neatly folded, and in their original packaging box.

All returns must be authorized beforehand. To initiate a return, please fill out the form here or email us at hello@solinohome.com along with your order ID and product images. Our customer service team will get back to you with the return instructions and assist you through the process.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

We offer returns on almost everything except:

1. Individual items that were bought as part of a set.

2. Items that have been washed or does not have the original packaging box.

3. Items purchased at a sample sale.

4. Solino Home reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the stipulated time period or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item by filling out the form here (if eligible) and place a new order.

Do you refund international shipping charges?

1. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

2. Solino Home will not be responsible for any costs incurred on international returns.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

At Solino Home, we work towards providing you the highest quality products that, if cared for well, are designed to last for a long time. We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects only. If you think the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at hello@solinohome.com and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.

Orders & Payments

Which modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through all major credit cards and PayPal on our website.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax varies from state to state in the US and will be applied and charged accordingly. Once you place your order, you can enter your billing address and check the total amount including sales tax. For international orders, duties and taxes will be levied as applicable.

How do I change/cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at hello@solinohome.com within 30 minutes of placing it. If you want to add more items, you can always place an additional order. We cannot remove items from an existing order – you can return items bought from our website within 30 days. Do you gift-wrap?

We do not provide gift-wrapping at this time. However, all our products come in a beautifully put together brown box with an elegant twine so that every receiver – no matter who it is, feels special when they receive a product from Solino Home.

Did not receive the discount code after subscribing through ‘Subscribe Now & Enjoy’ pop up

If you have subscribed for the first time, please check your email inbox/spam/junk/promotions folder for an email with subject ‘15% Discount Code Is Here’. Copy the code, paste it in the ‘Discount Code’ field on Checkout page and apply it to your order. In case, if you have still not received the code, kindly reach out to us at hello@solinohome.com.

Please note, if you have subscribed to our newsletters before, you won’t receive any discount code.

How to apply discount code while placing an order?

To apply your discount code,

  1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart
  2. Go to your check out page, enter/paste the discount code you have received in the field named ‘Discount Code’ and click on the ✔️ to apply.
  3. The discount will be applied to your order, if the code is valid and details of the same will be displayed before you place the order.

What if my discount code isn't working?

Linen Care

How do I take care of my linen products?

Contrary to popular belief, it is very easy to take care of linen. Great quality linen products (like ours) can be machine or hand-washed. Simply use a mild soap with lukewarm or cold water and avoid bleaching. Tumble dry on low heat or remove from dryer when slightly damp and air-dry by laying them flat or hanging.

Do I need to iron linen products?

There is no need to iron linen products (unless you want to!) – we love the inherent creases that give it a soft, dreamy feel. To make things better, linen even gets more absorbent and softer over time – making it more durable as it ages!

Is it expensive to care for linen?

No – on the contrary, linen is a wonderful, no-fuss natural fabric that needs no special soap, bleach or detergent. It can be machine or hand-washed and does not require dry-cleaning. For the most part, it does not even require ironing – its natural creases only add to its beauty, giving it a distinct character.

Will the color run or product shrink when I wash it?

At Solino Home, we take great care to test our product batches before sending them out to ensure that the colors don’t run. Since linen is woven from a natural fiber, each product may behave differently. Hence, you may allow for 3-5% shrinkage.

Why are pure linen products expensive?

Extracting linen fibers from the flax plant is a difficult and time-consuming activity. It is also a laborious and manual process, making linen a higher priced fabric as compared to others. Having said that, we try and make our linen products as accessible as possible with our competitive pricing.

Can shade variations occur in the same product?

At Solino Home, every batch of products we create is unique in its own way and may have slight color or texture variations – an inherent quality of natural, handcrafted linen pieces that only add to their beauty.

Are the products exactly the same as seen in the photographs?

At Solino Home, we take special care to ensure that our product pictures are taken in natural light and are high quality to show minute details and true colors. However, you may find subtle differences in texture and color depending on how the natural linen fibers and manufacturing process affect the final products and due to color settings on different screens.
